Club Rugby Terms & Conditions

Delivery Policy

Club Rugby aim to deliver your order within 7 working days of receipt, and most deliveries arrive within that time.

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and we ask that you allow up to 28 days.

We will attempt to contact you should delivery be significantly longer than our 7-day target.

Deliveries are made using recorded delivery postal and parcel services (dependant on weight) and can be delivered to any address chosen by you within the UK mainland. If there is no one there to take delivery, you will need to collect from the designated local collection point within 7 days.

Product delivery cost is £2.50 per order, including P&P. This cost is fixed regardless of the size of your order.

Returns/ Refunds

Any product ordered from Club Rugby can be returned within 21 days of receipt of delivery for a full refund on the product cost .

The product will be replaced or refunded within 7 days.

If you have requested a refund, the full cost (minus P&P) will be refunded to your credit, debit or cheque account (dependant on how payment was received).

You must return the product to our returns department:

We recommend that you return your items to us, using Royal Mail Recorded delivery service & obtain a proof of despatch for your records. Please note that Club Rugby can not be held liable for the transit loss of any returned items.

Exchanges

If you have requested a replacement for the same item, another size or colour, or different items of the same value, your replacement will be despatched within 7 days.

If you want to exchange your item for items of a higher value, please remember to include payment for the difference between the cost of your original order and your new order.

If you want to exchange your item for one of a lower value, a refund for the difference will be sent as described under refunds.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch, then we will refund you in full.

If you cancel your order after it has been despatched, please return the goods in line with our returns policy stated above.
